Tsuki Technologies provides digital services including web development, app development, digital marketing, AI solutions, social media management, and BPO services. Since our services are custom, project-based, and intangible in nature, they differ from physical products. As such, our refund policy is structured around project milestones, agreements, and service delivery stages.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and no work has been initiated by our team.
  • Tsuki Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
  • A duplicate payment was made by the client.
  • The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed project scope and revisions have failed to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already been started or partially completed based on the agreed scope.
  • The client has approved a milestone or deliverable and later changes their mind.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals on time.
  • The client decides to cancel the project midway without a valid reason.
  • Services related to domain registration, hosting, or third-party tools that have already been purchased on the client’s behalf.
  • Digital marketing campaigns where the budget has already been spent on ads or promotions.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining. The refund amount will be calculated fairly after deducting costs for work already completed, resources allocated, and time invested by our team.


5. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to utilize our revision and feedback process. Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Our team is committed to working with you until the deliverables meet the agreed requirements. Refund requests made without utilizing the revision process may not be accepted.


6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@tsukitechnologies.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Project Name]”
  • Include your full name, project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Project Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the project by providing a written notice at least 7 days in advance. Upon cancellation:

  • All completed work up to the cancellation date remains the property of Tsuki Technologies until full payment for completed milestones is received.
  • Any advance payments made for uncompleted milestones will be reviewed for partial refund eligibility.
  • Third-party costs already incurred (hosting, tools, ad spend) are non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution
